Message	The good samaritan law is just there to cover your butt if you do choose to stop and render aid to another. (Say you give cpr to someone who stopped breathing, and you break a rib.. They can't sue you.) I don't bileve there is any federal law in the united states that forces citizens to render aid, first or not on the scene.
